The entire site was decontaminated and demolished. The facility consisted of two city blocks of above ground tanks and infrastructure. The project was closely scrutinized by the Department of Labor, as well as the City of Elmira. The project was completed without any delay in schedule and Royal Environmental's performance was rated high by the New York State Department of Labor.
